I found the hotel's location very convenient, close to the station with multiple lines. The staff stored my bags after checkout, which I greatly appreciated. The room came with amenities and complimentary water. This was a nice touch. I liked that the staff were always willing to help with my requests.

The room was cleaned only every three days, and I was not informed of this in advance. This led to a bit of untidiness.

the hotel is excellently located near shinjuku station, especially convenient for the narita express! i found lawson's right next door which was amazing. transportation, dining, and shopping were easy to access from this hotel. the front desk staff were also helpful!

the pillows were too soft for me and did not give me proper support.

The location cannot be beat. It is very close to the train station, yet tucked away on a quiet street. It was the best of both worlds. I found a Lawson convenience store right near the hotel entrance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They addressed my allergy needs efficiently.

I found the pillows to be too soft. I needed to stack them for support. Also the breakfast selection repeated each day. It was somewhat limited. The quality could be improved, the pan fried fish was dry. Croissants filled with flour and weren't flaky.

The hotel has excellent access to the main station. A walk is about five minutes. The hotel is tucked away from the main streets, on a quieter back alley. The location is perfect for shopping because it is easy to drop off bags.
